How video charges work
Review a quote for each task
The selected model, tier, duration, resolution and workflow determine the quote. Planning or keyframe work may have its own charge when shown. The confirmation screen is the final price.
Understand your model choice
Using your own model account may incur charges from that provider. Any SellPix fee is shown separately in the quote. Supported composed outputs are identified before confirmation.
Review failures and refunds
Failed generation charges are returned to the credit wallet according to the task result and shown in the statement. Unsatisfactory completed output is not automatically the same as a failed task; review the refund policy.
Current 15- and 30-second video prices
These are public list prices in credits per generated video for the available tier, resolution and duration. They exclude separate planning or keyframe charges and do not apply member discounts or free allowances. Your task confirmation shows the final quote.
